5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded documents and catalogs.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and updates that affect availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
